Sick Kids

In memories past, I used to have to stress about my kids being sick--taking time off work, finding someone to help with them so I could go to work, getting them better quickly so we could get back to our regularly scheduled programs... all the things.

But with kids who have been sick this weekend, I realized how grateful I am that I no longer have to do that. I am so grateful for my husband who works so hard so that I can stay home with our kids.

Now, the only thing I have to worry about when my kids are sick are my kids. I don't have to worry about all the logistics. I can just sit with them, take things slow, and let them heal.

It's a world of difference, not having to rush them to get better.

But, on that note--this is short because I have 2/3 of my kids sick and it's time to tend to them.
